Creamy Carr Valley Ba Ba Blue Cheese Dressing

- 4 ounces Carr Valley Ba Ba Blue or other blue cheese, crumbled
- 1 large clove garlic, peeled and chopped
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup lowfat buttermilk
- ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard (I prefer Maille)
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
- ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
In a medium bowl, crumble the blue cheese with a fork. Gently stir in garlic, mayonnaise, buttermilk, mustard, salt, pepper, and onion powder until the mixture is creamy, with small lumps of cheese. Cover and chill until ready to serve and spoon over salads.
Yield: 1 ½ cups dressing
